Helix mattresses come with a limited lifetime warranty. If you experience a manufacturing defect in the first 10 years, you can replace your mattress at no cost. Normal wear and tear is excluded, but sagging greater than 1.5" is covered by your warranty as long as you have a proper foundation where slats are less than 5.5" apart. Keep two exceptions in mind: you cannot remove the mattress cover, and any stains, spills, or unsanitary conditions will void your warranty claim. Helix's warranty is only valid for the original purchaser; it is non-transferable.
