Bear Mattress Return Policy
- Bear requires a minimum sleep trial of 30 nights before a return can be initiated.
- Absolutely no refunds or returns for a Bear mattress will be granted after 120 nights.
- Bear mattresses sold as “Closeout” or “Clearance” are final sale and cannot be exchanged, returned, or refunded.
- Bear mattress return policy only applies to purchases made AFTER January 1, 2022.
- Bear mattress purchases at retail stores have specific return and exchange policies that may vary. Read Mattress Now exchange policy.
How does the Bear mattress return policy work?
Bear mattress issues a full refund for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) to the original form of payment.
- Start a return by sending an email to returns@bearmattress.com
- Include your order number, any receipts, and a description for the reason you are returning your Bear mattress.
- Make sure to email Bear mattress well before 120 nights, as there are no refunds, exchanges or returns granted thereafter.
How does the Bear mattress exchange policy work?
- Start a Bear mattress exchange by calling (844) 311-0035.
- You can exchange your Bear mattress for a new model or different feel, but you must do that within the 120-night trial.
- When you receive your exchanged Bear mattress, the new Bear mattress is no longer eligible for a return, refund or trial period.

- There are no 'restocking' or 'process and handling' fees with any Bear mattress return.
- You may request a return of a Bear mattress after sleeping on it between 30 and 120 nights
- You will be refunded for the cost of the Bear mattress, to the original form of payment.
- Only one return of any Bear mattress per customer, household, and/or delivery address. Returns are valid on your first order only (even if you purchase a different mattress the second time). You will be refunded for the cost of the Bear mattress (less any discounts).
- In order to receive a refund, the Bear mattress must be removed from your home by an authorized party of Brooklyn Bedding LLC and confirmed by Brooklyn Bedding LLC
- For inquiries about returning a Bear mattress purchased at a retail location, please contact the store directly.
