DreamCloud mattresses that have not been opened within 90 days of delivery are considered misuse of the product and are ineligible for warranty claims and returns.

If you purchased a DreamCloud mattress using an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code and/or any promotional products and fees for shipping or white glove services will not be refunded or credited back.
If you wish to return your DreamCloud mattress, you may either keep, return, donate, or dispose of the promotional items included with your DreamCloud mattress purchase.
To return, the DreamCloud mattress must be in a condition where it can donated, with only normal wear and tear.
DreamCloud products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for return.
