GhostBed Mattress Return Policy
- Within 101 nights of purchase, you can return a GhostBed mattress for a full refund.
- The return request for a GhostBed mattress must be made 30 days after delivery.
How does the GhostBed mattress return policy work?
GhostBed mattress issues a full refund for the cost of the mattress (less any discounts) to the original form of payment and you can start your return online, by email, or by phone.
- Start a return by visiting GhostBed's 'Returns' page, or email sleep@ghostbed.com, or call (954) 371-2004.
- Have your order's name, email, order number, phone number and reason for return ready.
- Once you've communicated with GhostBed customer service, they will instruct you to donate your GhostBed mattress to an authorized non-profit or church.
- It is your responsibility to forward the donation receipt to GhostBed customer service within 30 days from your initial request for return.
- In order to issue a refund, your donation receipt must be sent and received by GhostBed no later than 30 days after your 101-Night Sleep Trial has expired.

- Day 1 of your 101-Night Sleep Trial begins on the day your order ships.
- Only one mattress is returnable per household.
- The 101 night GhostBed mattress Sleep Trial does not apply to errors in ordering, size issues or changes in circumstances. If a non-returnable reason is given, this will void your Sleep Trial.
- GhostBed has the final right of refusal of the Sleep Trial to anyone exhibiting offensive, inflammatory or abusive behavior.
- The Sleep Trial is available for orders shipped to the contiguous United States only.
- For inquiries about returning a GhostBed mattress purchased at a retail location, please contact the store directly.
