Come into one of our stores or call us, and we will accommodate an exchange of your mattress, according to the exchange portion of the manufacturer's satisfaction policy. We realize that, whether you buy online or in our store, it can take time to experience the incredible benefits of the best online mattresses. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to exchange your mattress once within the manufacturer's allotted timeframe (excluding fees for White Glove Service). We do not offer refunds.Your mattress must be free of stains and in sanitary condition. Please note that adjustable bases and other accessories (sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors) are not eligible for exchange.
