        Mattress Now Exchange Policy for the Best Online Mattresses 

        Come into one of our stores or call us, and we will accommodate an exchange of your mattress, according to the exchange portion of the manufacturer's satisfaction policy. At Mattress Now we do not offer refunds because returned mattresses are legally considered "used," creating hygiene, resale, and high logistical costs. We realize that, whether you buy online or in our store, it can take time to experience the incredible benefits of the best online mattresses. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to exchange your mattress once within the manufacturer's allotted timeframe (excluding fees for White Glove Service). Your mattress must be free of stains and in sanitary condition. Please note that adjustable bases and other accessories (sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors) are not eligible for exchange.

        Reset your Bedtech adjustable bed by unplugging the power cord from your outlet for 60 seconds. Then plug it back into the wall. Double-check that you have new batteries in your remote, then hold the "Pair" button to reconnect and control your BedTech base.
        Common problems for adjustable bases: power failure, bad batteries in your remote control, noisy motors, and your base being stuck in one position. Typical fixes include resetting the power to your adjustable base by unplugging from your wall outlet for 60 seconds. You'll also want to put new batteries in your remote and re-"pair" your remote and base connections. As your adjustable bed gets older, it's also possible that you may need to replace parts.         BedTech Adjustable bases are final sale products. They are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
        Yes, all BedTech adjustable bases come with a 20-Year Limited Warranty, and 2-Years of full coverage.
