• You must test your Puffy mattress for a minimum of 14 nights before Puffy will process a refund. 

• If you return your Puffy mattress within 101 days, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

• You must put your Puffy mattress to the test for a minimum of 14 nights before Puffy will process a refund. Mattress Now recommends at least 30 nights to allow your body to completely adjust and get cozy in cloud comfort.  Learn more about the Puffy 101-night sleep trial.

• The Puffy mattress return policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household. Returns must be exercised directly with Puffy no later than the 101st day following delivery.

• Puffy's 101-night sleep trial and return policy apply only to original purchasers of genuine Puffy products which were purchased directly from the website at puffy.com.

• When you return a Puffy mattress, they donate it to a children’s charity so it doesn’t go to waste.
