Helix Return Policy
- If after the 30-day break-in period you find that you don't love your Helix mattress you can return it within the first 100 nights.
- If you've passed your 30-day break-in period and would like to initiate a return, you must submit a form.
- Helix mattress purchases at retail stores have specific return and exchange policies that may vary. Read Mattress Now exchange policy.

*Note: Your order number is in your confirmation email.
Additional Terms and Conditions for Helix Mattress' Return Policy
- All Helix products are covered under the 100 night sleep trial, except the Adjustable Base. Each item includes its own trial period and any item can be returned on its own or in combination with our products during your trial period.
- The Adjustable Base does not include a 100 night trial period and is not eligible for a return or refund after it has been removed from its original packaging.
- Returns apply only in the US & Canada: Because Puffy does not ship products outside of the United States and Canada. The 100 night sleep trial applies only to customers located within those two countries. If you remove your Helix product from the United States or Canada, the 100 night sleep trial will be voided and it will be ineligible for return or refund.
- Only two (2) mattresses may be returned per customer or household.
- For inquiries about returning a Helix mattress purchased at a retail location, please contact the store directly.
