After 30 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to exchange your mattress once within the manufacturer's allotted timeframe (excluding fees for White Glove Service). We do not offer refunds.Your mattress must be free of stains and in sanitary condition. Please note that adjustable bases and other accessories (sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors) are not eligible for exchange.

    What are the dimensions of a mattress?
    How do you test a new mattress out?

While pocketed coil mattresses work on adjustable bed bases all foam mattresses perform better. An all foam mattress will stay on the base better and have less of a tendency for the quilted cover to bunch in the middle.
