The Puffy Serenity Adjustable Base is designed to add customizable comfort to the complete Puffy mattress collection. Adjust leg and head height and initiate zero gravity (Zero-G) elevation with wireless remotes for superior pressure relief. Wind down at bedtime with the 3-speed, dual massage zones for cloudlike rest and relaxation. Soft LED lighting, built-in USB charging, and universal headboard attachment are also included.

*Split king frame is designed to fit 2 twin XL mattresses or 1 king mattress.

Exchange Policy

Mattress Now Exchange Policy for the Best Online Mattresses 

Come into one of our stores or call us, and we will accommodate an exchange of your mattress, according to the exchange portion of the manufacturer's satisfaction policy. At Mattress Now we do not offer refunds because returned mattresses are legally considered "used," creating hygiene, resale, and high logistical costs. We realize that, whether you buy online or in our store, it can take time to experience the incredible benefits of the best online mattresses. After 30 days from the date of delivery, you have the option to exchange your mattress once within the manufacturer's allotted timeframe (excluding fees for White Glove Service). Your mattress must be free of stains and in sanitary condition. Please note that adjustable bases and other accessories (sheets, pillows, and mattress protectors) are not eligible for exchange.

Flipping your puffy mattress can cause your body discomfort, and worse, reduces the lifespan of your bed. Instead, Puffy suggests rotating your mattress by 180 degrees every 3 months for the first year.
